Venue: Air University, Multan
The National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) peer review visit took place at Air University, Multan from November 29, 2021, to December 01, 2021. The objective of this visit was an in-depth review of the Business School based on the nine key standards of NBEAC.
The peer review panel (PRP) held detailed formal and informal discussions with Vice-Chancellor (Air Marshal ( R) Javaid Ahmad), Dean (Dr. Mueen Zafar), Director Campus (Dr. Ghulam Ali) Head of the Department (Dr. Muhammad Abbas), Registrar (AIR CDRE (R) Abdul Wahab Motla), Director QEC, Director Admission office, Exam controller, different Administrative Heads, faculty members and students while reviewing the self-assessment report in detail. PRP also had the opportunity to discuss the overall vision, mission and strategy with different stakeholders to understand how the school was addressing the various dimensions that are included in the NBEAC standards. The members of the peer review team (PRT) were Dr. Hamid Hassan (Director Campus, FAST Lahore), Dr. Muhammad Ali Saeed (Principal Bahira Business School, Islamabad), Dr. Huma Ayub (Assistant Professor, FJWU), Mr. Syed Jawwad Bukhari (Senior Chief Manager, Bank Al Habib Limited, Multan), Mr. Muhammad Irfan Khan (Assistant Manager, Assistant Manager, NBEAC).
A detailed report along with the accreditation decision will be communicated to the Institute after the council’s 28th meeting.

NBEAC has three main functions: accreditation, training and networking. In its accreditation function, it develops and implements standards to improve the quality of business education in Pakistan. In its training function, it provides opportunities to faculty and managers to learn about quality standards and related matters. In its networking function, it provides a forum for business education professionals to learn from each other through conferences and seminars.
