The specific focus of re-accreditation framework is linked to the impact of first accreditation, especially on the compliance of the suggestions and recommendations made in the Peer Team Report of the business school during the first assessment and accreditation and secondly quality sustenance and quality enhancement efforts of the business school during the post-accreditation tenure.
The purpose of the NBEAC re-accreditation is to determine whether business and accounting programs are playing their part in the continuous improvement in areas of engagement, innovation and impact as evidence of compliance with NBEAC standards. Preparation for reaccreditation involves faculty and staff across all departments and divisions of the business school. Everyone involved has to follow the reaccreditation standards carefully, and keep the big picture in mind. Consider on one hand what being accredited does for the business school, and on the other hand consider how it allows the business school to reevaluate themselves.

After a very cordial welcome by the university, brief discussions were held on the unique aspects of accreditation.
