Introduction:
The seminar is designed to share an understanding of the spirit of NBEAC accreditation, and to provide in-depth guidance on how to complete the different steps of the NBEAC accreditation process successfully. The seminar is carefully designed to cater to the needs of business schools pursuing either first time accreditation or in process of accreditation.
Course Contents:
Understanding the philosophy of accreditation
Conceptual learning of NBEAC standards
Discussing the registration application form and the nine proformas of the SAR
Raising awareness on mentorship programs and how a business school can benefit from mentorship

Develop an in-depth understanding of the accreditation process
Improve the ability to compile NBEAC required documentations such as registration application, SAR, and appendices etc.

NBEAC successfully organized an online awareness seminar titled “Accreditation of Business Schools”. The seminar was scheduled on 25th of September 2020 (03.00PM -06.30PM PST) and Mr. Adil Amin Kazi, Professor from FAST NU Islamabad was the speaker. The seminar was designed to share an understanding of the spirit of NBEAC’s accreditation, and to provide in-depth guidance on how to complete the different steps of accreditation process successfully. The seminar focused on catering the needs of business schools pursuing either first time accreditation as well as those who are already in process of accreditation. Attendees of the seminar got to know the understanding of the philosophy of accreditation, conceptual learning of NBEAC standards, registration application form and the nine proformas of the SAR, awareness on mentorship programs and how a business school can benefit from mentorship.
The training was attended by more than 60 faculty members of different universities across Pakistan

NBEAC has three main functions: accreditation, training and networking. In its accreditation function, it develops and implements standards to improve the quality of business education in Pakistan. In its training function, it provides opportunities to faculty and managers to learn about quality standards and related matters. In its networking function, it provides a forum for business education professionals to learn from each other through conferences and seminars.
