On 26^th and 27^th of October 2023, the Training and Development wing of NBEAC successfully conducted a two-day seminar in collaboration with AACSB International. The program was facilitated by Dr. Geoff Perry- Executive Vice President, Global Chief Membership Officer and Managing Director of Asia Pacific, who is globally recognized expert in Assurance of Learning. The interactive session focused on exploring innovative approaches to measuring, reporting and closing the loop in any assessment program.

 During the session participants got a chance to learn about the interpretation of collected AOL data to enhance student learning. Furthermore, the seminar specifically addressed the 2020 AACSB Accreditation standards, providing examples of AOL plans and data sets, exploring curriculum and course mapping, and sharing AACSB accreditation committee and peer review team expectations. This seminar would help participants in future to evaluate the maturity level of their current AOL system, to help in implementing a robust and sustainable AOL program based on their schools characteristics, to manage and communicate the collected data effectively to continuously improve students learning along with developing the strategies of school for upcoming peer review visits and understanding the 2020 AACSB standards.

More than 30 participants including Department Chairs, Deans, Associate Deans and Senior Faculty members attended the seminar. The event was exclusively hosted by Lahore School of Economics, Lahore.
