NBEAC Training & Development Wing (TDW) successfully organized a one day workshop on "Teaching to Millennial: Fusion of Technology and Simulation with Case Studies" on 8th April 2019 at Emerald Hall-B, PC Lahore.
Theis workshop was designed to introduce EdTech Worx’s digital interactive case study of ‘Jammin Java’ and a marketing essentials business simulation of ‘Soap T’. Rich, data-driven content together with interactive technology enables educators and trainers to achieve the set teaching objectives whilst creating an overall interesting and compelling learning experience.
Dr. Farah discussed EdTech Worx’s marketing simulation of Soap T and how business Simulations brought seemingly complex business strategy and management concepts to life. She explained about how it recreated real life business challenges in a simulated environment and also allowed participants to observe the consequences of their decisions and revise their strategies.
Detailed Participants had a healthy discussions were carried with Dr. Farahout about the usefulness of the technology and how technology can help business schoolsthem to improve the business challenges being face by them. The participants shared their real life challenges and discussed solutions for the challenges being faced by every individual.
The workshop was attended by around 25 participants and it involved discussion regarding the involvement of technology in their day to day usage and guidance was being provided relating to all the challenges being faced by them.
The workshop was purely designed for business executives who were looking to gain further practical experience through high quality data relevant to their local context and for the people looking to gain a competitive edge through learning about internationally appraised yet locally underused concepts.
