On 1^st June 2022 Mr. Ahtesham Ali Raja- Program Director NBEAC was invited by University of Wah as a chief guest for the management career expo, organized by the Management Sciences Department of University. Mr. Raja appreciated the efforts of university management and other stakeholders involved in organizing the event and he encouraged the students to actively participate and get the maximum benefit out of this event.

Currently there are more than two hundred business schools in Pakistan, producing a large workforce for industry. It is very important that industry share its required skill set and expectations from the educational institutions as one of the biggest challenges that business entities face is attracting the skilled work force. Career expo’s are one of the common recruitment channels that presents several potential benefits to the companies participating as well as it provides a great platform to fresh graduates for smooth placement in industry. These career expo’s also provides a platform for academic industry linkages and the university plays the bridging role between the graduating students and industry.  Students must focus on developing the skills required by the employers.
