The 2nd Organizing Committee Meeting for the 3rd Deans and Directors Conference was held at HEC Regional Centre Lahore at 11:30 am on 11th January 2016. The members involved in Stage Committee, Reception committee, Registration Committee and Publicity and Social Media Coverage Committee attended the meeting.

The event will be started with the Welcome Dinner on 16th February at University of Lahore and concluded at Lunch on 18th Feb 2016. The prospective participants would be the Deans, Directors, Heads of Departments and CoD’s of Business Schools/ Departments.  

Welcome dinner will be hosted by University of Lahore on 16th Feb 2016. The Program Committee responsibility is assigned to Dr. Zahoor Hasan Syed, Professor, LUMS, supervised by Dr. Sadia Nadeem, Associate Professor, FAST nu and coordinated by Ms. Sania Tufail, Program Manager.

Stage Committee & IT arrangements responsibilities are assigned to Imperial College of Business studies. Mr. Mudassar Farooqi, HoD Management Sciences is the focal person of stage committee. Mr. Ahtesham Ali Raja, PD NBEAC and Ms. Sania Tufail, Program Manager, NBEAC will supervise during the conference. Rehearsals will be done on 15th February 2016.

For the Registration Committee online registrations will be handled by Ms. Nomeeta, IT officer, NBEAC is the focal person of registration process. However, Dr. Dawood Mamoon, Associate Professor, University of Management & Technology and Mr. Ali Asghar, Research Fellow, University of Management & Technology will provide the support for on desk registrations for 3rd Deans and Directors Conference and SACDOC Conference. 

For the publicity and social media coverage, Mr. Ibrahim Qazi PA to Rector, University of Management & Technology Lahore is the focal person of the committee. Ms. Nomeeta, IT Officer, will supervise during the conference. 

For still photography and video coverage Dr. Ijaz Qureshi, Dean University of Lahore, Lahore is the focal person of the committee. NBEAC IT Officer will coordinate with the committee. In the reception Committee Dr. Ijaz Qureshi, Dean University of Lahore, Lahore is the focal person of the committee. Mr. Ahtesham Ali Raja, Program Director, NBEAC will supervise the committee during the conference. 

The finance committee is headed by Mr. Ahtesham Ali Raja, Program Director, NBEAC and Mr. Ahmed Hassan, MTO, NBEAC will coordinate. For the Logistics Committee Mr. Ahmed Hassan, MTO, NBEAC is the focal person of the committee. 

For the exhibits committee Dr. Rana Ayub, Professor, University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences and Mr. Nadeem Mustafa, Director QEC, GIFT University Gujranwala are the focal persons of the committee and . Mr. Ahtesham Ali Raja, Program Director, NBEAC will coordinate. For the printing and publication committee NBEAC Secretariat is responsible for printing and publication.
