Twelfth Accreditation Award Committee (AAC) meeting of National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC) was held on February 14, 2022, through online Zoom session. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Zaki Rashidi, Chairman AAC. The agenda items were to discuss the comments on peer review reports of five Universities.

The meeting commenced with Ms. Sania Tufail (Senior Program Manager, NBEAC) welcoming the committee members. Ms. Sania Tufail briefed the committee regarding the agenda items which were then discussed in detail by the committee. The committee members appreciated and acknowledged the efforts of the secretariat regarding Peer Review visits. The committee was presented with the Peer review reports of five universities for the purpose of reviewing whether the universities were eligible to enter the next stage of Accreditation process. Committee member discussed about Peer review reports along with the supporting documents which were shared with them in advance. Out of these, 01 university awarded 5-year accreditation (W Category) 02 universities awarded 3-year accreditation (X category), the two is defer for two years with minor review in peer review report.

Dr. Zaki Rashidi (Chairman Faculty of Business Administration, IQRA University, Karachi (AAC, Chairperson)), Dr. Shaukat Brah (Founder Rector KSBL), Dr. Asfia Obaid (HoD, Management Sciences, NUST Business School), Dr. Farooq e Azam Cheema (Provost, KSBL), Mr. Mohsin Nishat (HR Head, Sapphire Group of Companies), Ms. Sania Tufail (Senior Program Manager, NBEAC), Muhammad Usman (PRM, NBEAC), Usman Ali Jadoon (Assistant Manager NBEAC) and Mr. Muhammad Irfan khan (Assistant Manager NBEAC), participated through the whole session.
