Over the course of two intensive days, the program focused on essential topics aimed at fostering a culture of excellence within academic institutions. Participants were guided through the central role of faculty in shaping educational experiences, emphasizing the critical components of teaching excellence. Sessions also focused on cultivating a robust research culture to elevate productivity and impact.

With the aim of ensuring sustainable academic growth, the program addressed strategic facets such as faculty hiring, reward systems, retention strategies, and ongoing professional development.
